MANY WAYS TO SAVE YOUR MONEY !
Money is like an invisible ink as soon as you receive it, it disappears. Have you ever wondered were all your money goes? I will expose the tricks that are used by the government, department stores, grocery stores, supermarkets, beauty salons, liquor stores, all manufacturers. I will give you remedies that can shift the rules in your favor.
Please take a good look at your house or apartment because most of your money is buried inside. Most households of one have more than twelve large towels and fifteen small towels. Most female household of one have at least triple the above quantities. I had a lady friend named Jessica and she was always broke. She made over $700 a week after taxes and always broke by Monday. Some of what she spent her money on:
1-Very large towels = 25 x $ 20 each = $ 500
2- Large towels = 21 x $ 12 each = $ 252
3- Small towels = 50 x $ 4 each = $ 200
4- Blouses = 35 x $ 15 average = $ 525
5- Pants = 28 x$ 21 average = $ 588
6- Suits = 12 x$120 average = $1,440
7- Dresses =20 x $45 average = $ 900
8- Belts =20 x $15 average = $300
9- Shoes =45 X $ 35average = $1,575
10- Sneakers = 15 x $ 30 average = $450
We did not count the five large garbage bags filled with clothes and shoes she was donating to the goodwill stores. She spent over $8,000 and at least over $15,000 for what she’s donating.
She charges all her purchases thereby delaying the consequences. She made over $120,000 in three years and only $500 in the bank and a credit card balance of over $30,000. She spent money without thinking.
Everyone falls into some financial trap that prevents you from getting rich. You might not have a lot of clothes or shoes, but you spend on other crazy items which contributes nothing positive to your financial picture.
The tricks played by all the above sellers of merchandize can be summed up in one sentence, “they appeal to your Emotions”. Most buying decisions are emotionally based. Your power to buy only what you truly need can be realized by using logic instead of emotions in all your spending decisions.
The stores realize you will spend less unless some emotion is created to affect your buying decisions. Most supermarkets create circulars with special offers to make you spend more money. 2for $6 sale , or buy one get one free is another gimmick. Once your brain is tricked into believing the sale you will buy more than you need.
From this moment forward realize all sales are nothing more than movement of prices to confuse you. For example Macys bought a nice piece of jewelry for $100. It was marked up to $450. The high markup is necessary to create an illusion of a sale. The jewelry is offered at a fifty % off sale for $225. You buy the item thinking you got a great deal.
Do not buy your needs based on sale prices. Chasing the next sale will not improve your financial picture. Buy logically and only when you need the items. Look at your closet do you have clothes in there you really don’t wear and probably wondering why, you bought them on sale.
Kindly, study the poor and middle class and you will not become poor or middle class. The rich appear to spend money but most are very frugal. Dedicate a portion of your earnings to permanent savings and investments. Spend a few bucks trying out some internet businesses like on this site… http://www.rayray7.com
